spacious roomlovely balconybland foodslipped standards
the hotel room was very spacious with a lovely balcony, and the shower was fabulous! breakfast was great with so much choice and cava was included if you fancy some morning fizz.
the food was bland and repetitive even with the themed dinners. it felt as the hotel got busier with the english school holidays, the standards slipped a little.

charmed by every detail!
quick transferspacious roomimmaculate housekeeping
the hotel's location near the airport made the transfer quick! rooms were spacious and modern. i especially liked the separate shower and bath plus two sinks! the housekeeping staff kept everything immaculate , ensuring a fresh and cute space each day.
the hotel app seemed a bit out of date, i couldn't book bike rentals as indicated, slightly disappointing.

My connecting room featured comfortable beds and updated décor! daily cleaning services maintained a super clean environment. I found this especially charming. the layout offered plenty of space for relaxation and enjoying the stay.

I loved how clean my suite was. It felt really fresh (a detail i always appreciate!). the pools were a great size, and i always found a lounger. yeray at reception was super helpful when i had a question about late check-out.
i noticed a bit of wear and tear on some of the furniture in the room.

The buffet offered many choices. I noticed various themed nights with different cuisines. the snack bar by the pool provided sandwiches, salads, and fruit daily. the staff kept everything well-stocked and clean.

the hotel features multiple pools with ample space around them. i saw that the gym includes three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a selection of free weights. a small shop on site sells souvenirs, snacks, and essential toiletries.

staff members were consistently friendly and helpful (especially at the bars). i saw staff regularly cleaning and maintaining the pool areas and common spaces. reception staff quickly addressed a minor issue with my room key.
